Introducing South Florida
As varied as the state of Florida is, you’d think you’d at least be able to generalize about the regions within it. But South Florida is made up of three wildly diverse areas that bear little resemblance to each other: Miami and Fort Lauderdale represent the sophisticated cities by the sea; the Everglades are a subtropical wilderness full of wildlife; and the Keys are a chain of islands with a laid-back vibe. The fact that they’re just an hour or two apart gives you a great opportunity for a multidimensional vacation.
