Conch carpaccio with capers? Yellowtail fillet and foie gras? Oh yes. This locally and critically acclaimed venue is known for its cozy back-porch ambience and innovative menus, cobbled together by a chef trained in southern French techniques who works with island ingredients. The memory of the anchovies on crostini makes us smile. It’s simple – fish on toast! – but it’s the sort of simple yet delicious that makes you feel like mom’s whipped up something special for Sunday dinner.

    Must try the Hogfish! Best Key Lime Pie in our opinion!

    The ambiance was relaxed and comfortable. The servers were friendly and helpful. What set this place as #1 for us was the Hogfish special and the Key Lime pie. Apparently Hogfish is diver caught only. This fish is light and...silky (for lack of a better term). The flavors were wonderful. If you're looking for a unique eating experience I would definitely say try the Hogfish at Cafe Sole. Our group also had a key lime pie marathon. Everywhere we went we had the key lime pie. We voted Cafe Sole's as our favorite.
