Looking for some advice and suggestions on a proposed trip to Texas.
I love sports, cycling, pubs and some beach time.
My plan was to fly into Houston catch a nfl game and stay for a night then travel via hire car to Galveston via space centre. A couple of days in Galveston then onto San Antonio for a few days. Travel upto Austin via Jacobs creek and maybe Fredericktown?? A few nights in Austin before heading back to Houston for a few nights. I would also like to see some typical Texas…
I was wondering if anyone could help me with some details of my upcoming September trip to and across the USA (Washington - San Francisco). It will be my first visit to the country and I am taking some friends of mine with me. We will have rental cars during the whole time. Thank you for any tips...

I'm Léa, a French student, I come to LA from July 24 to August 31. I had a host family but she increases its prices and now it will be difficult to pay her and have money for myself. So, my airline tickets are reserved, I have to go to LA, in a host family.
So, if you have a place at your home, and prices in my budget, we can get to know each other or if you know someone who host people/students during the summer near LA, I'm interested. My trip is in one month so I must quickly find !

Hi. I had hoped to do a six week road trip from Colorado to California going from one national park to another to go on overnight hikes, etc but unfortunately haven't been able to save the funds. I thought I could instead just go for two weeks and focus on one area but wondering where I can go where I won't need a car. I'll be there in the last two weeks of September. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
