Mark's, an upscale dining room with excellent service, has been one of the most exceptional South Florida restaurants since it opened in 1994. From your cozy booth and mahogany table, you can gaze into the open kitchen, which lovingly churns out signature treats including cracked conch with black-bean mango salsa and vanilla rum butter sauce; crispy-skin yellowtail snapper with clams, mussels, chorizo and fennel; and pancetta-wrapped rabbit loin with soft polenta.
