Raise your fist to Revolution, a mondo, industrial-chic brewpub that fills glasses with heady beers like the 7% Eugene porter (named for Eugene Debs, the leader of Chicago’s Pullman strike in 1894). The owner honed his craft at Goose Island, so the constantly changing beer lineup is high quality. The haute pub grub includes house-smoked meat sandwiches and bacon-fat popcorn with fried sage. Since its opening in 2010, lines have been lengthy.
