As you may know, Lonely Planet’s US office is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but Robert Reid, our US Travel Editor is based in New York City. We were curious what the NYC equivalents would be of our favorite SF experiences, so we put him to task: if we love the Mission’s murals, what street art should we check out in NYC? And the following list was born. Since NYC and SF have always had a friendly little rivalry, we thought we’d take it a step further and ask you. Which is your favorite? The view from the Brooklyn Bridge or Twin Peaks? The Golden Gate Bridge or Central Park? Let us know below!
