Located 2 blocks from the Heavenly Valley Gondola, 3 Peaks Resort and Beach Club in South Lake Tahoe is a non-smoking mountain cabin style hotel property offering fantastic hotel accommodations with a great Sierra mountain vacation experience. Beautiful Lake Tahoe scenery, large rooms, centrally located and pet friendly hotel rooms, are just a part of what makes the amenities at 3 Peaks superior to that of most other hotels and hotel resorts.
- Reservations under USD 2,000.00 require a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax which will be collected at time of reservation. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged to holiday reservations and reservations over USD 2,000 upon booking.
- There is an additional USD 100 + tax for the incidental deposit hold, plus any remainder of your balance. This hold can only be taken on a debit or credit card (the bookers name on the cc will need to match the government issued Photo ID). 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club does not accept cash, prepaid cards or gift cards for this hold. You can pay cash for your remaining balance upon check-out only.
