Poorly Staffed and Managed
ikenngo does not recommend this,
The bread here is good, but not the best you can find in Santa Barbara. The outdoor seating offers breathtaking views of an intersection where cars idle feet from your table so don't expect a breath of fresh air sitting outside. The place is always poorly staffed so expect a long wait. Mediocre customer service as the lines are never managed so the staff doesn't know who to help next. You can try it out but I'd suggest, being a native SB'er to check out some better located bakeries in SB which offer quality bread and baked goods with exceptional service as this isn't one of them.
