    This is some of the best Mexican food in town by far! I love the Los Arroyos in Montecito, very upscale and classy-they have the best food! Their enchiladas are mouth watering! Great service and the atmosphere is a one of a kind! So glad I found this place when I was in town. It is now a favorite whenever I am in the area! Love that it is so close to my favorite hotel too! The Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com). So budget friendly and the service and rooms are so great!
