Lonely Planet review
Family-owned since 1942, this flower-festooned, one-story motor lodge that wraps around a grassy courtyard is worth a stay just for the location. Right by the beach, tidy remodeled rooms are comfy enough, and some have kitchenettes. Complimentary continental breakfast and beach-cruiser bikes to borrow. Small pets OK (fee $15).
Our independent authors have visited Marina Beach Motel and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Santa Barbara.
