Hawaii NYE

Hey guys! I´m a 25 year old female, from Brasil. I'm planning on going to Hawaii for NYE or maybe just in January. Since I will be going alone I would love some tips on where to stay (in some islands I would like to be near the "nightlife") , witch islands I must visit, I would probably be spending about 2 weeks. If I can travel by car ( I don't know how long it takes from one island to another) .
and witch is the best island to spend NYE.

Hello all,
Here's the tentative plan...

-August 9-13
-Leaving from East TX, starting trip in Colorado (driving)
-We are looking to camp, hike, avoid the cities wherever possible
-Seeking 2 nights at a camp in CO (possibly near Trinidad?), 2 more nights in NM (undecided location), drive back home last day

Any specific campsites that we should check out for these locations?
Any we should really avoid?
Looking for great scenery, good…

Hello,
We're a couple in our mid-fifties, which have done three great car trips in USA over the last 4-5 years (Southwest/California, Texas/South states, Mid-Atlantic/New England/Ontario/Quebec). We enjoyed it a lot, and are now planning a new trip. Difficult to decide between Midwest (starting in Chicago) or Northwest (starting in Seattle), but I think we will do Northwest in the summer of 2016. We enjoy nice scenery, lively towns/cities with athmosphere, restaurants, coffebars etc, local…

This is my third and hopefully last iteration of Colorado trip planning questions, and you all have been a great help. In the first, I asked whether to stay in one place or take a road trip. In the second I asked about a proposed itinerary. In this one, I am asking about proposed daily activities (such as moderate to easy hikes and scenic sites & drives) and lodging. As with the previous two questions, this one is based on lack of personal knowledge, so feel free to correct anything that…

Hi,
I'm a female in my late 20s and going to San Francisco in mid August for 9 days. I've never been to the area and want to pack as much in as possible. I'll be renting a car. Can anyone comment on whether the below itinerary is realistic or is it going to be way too rushed? Any recommendations for lodging in any of these places would be appreciated. I'm looking to spend between $120-180/night. Also, in Yosemite, recommendations for where within the park to stay given that I'll only have a short…
