Lonely Planet review
Views of the Panamint Mountains are stellar from this formal dining room with a dress code (no shorts or T-shirts, jeans ok), where the menu draws inspiration from Continental, Southwestern and Mexican cuisine. Afternoon tea in the lobby lounge and Sunday brunch are hoity-toity affairs. At least have a cocktail on the stone terrace as the sun sets beyond the mountains (and the parking lot, but who's complaining?).
