Lonely Planet review
The Redwood Lodge is a marvel: it’s entirely built and paneled from a single curly redwood tree which measured over 18in thick in diameter. Progressively restored and polished into a gem of mid-century kitsch, the inn is a delight for retro junkies. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable (request one away from the road). For truly modern accommodations, look elsewhere.
Our independent authors have visited Curly Redwood Lodge and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Crescent City.
