    Wild Goose Chase

The ‘Wild Goose Chase’ refers to the search for the perfect gift. If you can’t find it here, it’s certainly not for lack of options. The store specializes in American-made crafts and so-called Judaica (mezuzahs, menorahs and more). If all else fails, go for the luxuriously colorful slippers by Goody Goody – in silk, velvet and suede, whose feet wouldn’t appreciate the indulgence?

    Fairy Shop

No, it’s not a shop catering to gay men. This place really sells fairies – yes, we mean Tinker Bell – in every shape and size imaginable. That little gnome from the French film Amélie is here too, many times over. So if you’d rather be ‘chillin’ with your gnomies, ’ here’s where you can do it. Come for crystals, magic potions, tarot cards, incense, jewelry and comic books.

    Aunt Sadie’s Candlestix

Aunt Sadie is famous for her namesake candles, it’s true. But there is more to this little gift shop than wicks and wax. Besides the never-ending array of candles (all-time bestseller: Tree in a Can), look for bubble bath, smelly soaps, scented sachets and other sweet-smelling products.
