Get a taste of Russian hospitality at this tiny café. You might think this place is named for Stolichnaya vodka, but actually a stoli is an old-fashioned Russian teapot. The menu here is alarmingly authentic – handmade pelmeni (dumplings); a good selection of rich, hearty soups and pirozhki (pastries); as well as salads with nondescriptive names.
