Lonely Planet review
Once the Engine 7 Firehouse, this city landmark is now a cool and classy all-American hotel. The 65 guest rooms retain a firefighter riff, without a whiff of ‘cutesy.’ There’s no scrimping at the breakfast table, either, with a full buffet included.
The on-site Black Sheep restaurant, filled with memorabilia from the old days of fightin’ fires, features organic, locally grown produce pleasing to omnivores and vegetarians alike.
Our independent authors have visited The Kendall Hotel and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Cambridge.
