First and foremost, it's a hookah lounge, with plush furniture, ornately carved woodwork, nightly belly-dancing shows and sophisticated flavors of tobacco. A little bit exotic, a little bit erotic (a little bit expensive). Since people are smoking anyway, they added a cigar bar with a walk-in humidor. Perhaps exotic, but not so erotic.
