    Boston Lyric Opera

    Another longstanding company, the BLO stages classic performances, such as a popular outdoor production of Carmen in the Boston Common. Their usual house is the Shubert Theatre, where you’ll see Don Giovanni, Rusalka or The Magic Flute. Look out for special productions for families and children.
