Get your Tex-Mex fix here; the menu is consistently good, with several healthier-than-usual options. But we’ll let you in on a little secret: this place could serve beans and dirt and people would still line up for the margaritas, which might very well be the best in Austin.

    Lively ambiance and quality Tex-Mex

    Plates avalable with migas AND fajitas! The weekday lunch and weekend brunch buffets should not be overlooked. Try the borracho bean juice over a corn muffin, or drizzle your pork guajillo taco with queso and avacado salsa. Chilaquiles verdes, sausage-potato-egg scramble, biscuits and gravy, and chipotle chicken pot pie round out the multifarious selections and TexMex permutations. The only thing missing is a bigger appetite! Brunch allows for made-to-order omelettes and tacos. Don't forget the hominy pozole!
