In Westlake, opposite Deep Eddy Cabaret, this casual, all-night cafe serves American and Tex-Mex standbys such as migas, enchiladas, pancakes and potato scrambles. It gets absurdly crowded on weekends.

    Dedicated servers and staff make it shine

    This restaurant is most emphatically NOT in Westlake Hills (I don't think either party would have it that way). Lake Austin Boulevard, also South Congress.

    What a treat it is to have access to a full menu (including breakfast!) after closing down Deep Eddy. The omelettes, pancakes, and tacos are famous, as is a cheeky little dish called Eggs Zapatino (scrambled over an English muffin with chile con queso and home fries). Mmm!
