Beachcomber Inn information
Lonely Planet review
Built on pilings over the sea, this rambling inn is all restaurant and bar. Every seat has a fabulous maritime-and-mountain view, but the small tables on the covered outdoor deck are an especially nice place to kick back. The inn is 4 miles south of town but runs a free shuttle van from hotels and B&Bs in Petersburg. So even if you don’t want to feast on smoked black cod or a bowl of halibut ceviche, come for a drink as an excuse to gather in the view while chatting up the locals.
