The welcome isn't always the warmest, but in a city with so few budget options Arctic Adventure Hostel is a decent standby. The private rooms (with shared bath) are a screamin' deal for two people, and the kitchen is huge – a great place to cook a big spread.

Our independent authors have visited Arctic Adventure Hostel and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Anchorage.
