I tried to look for anyone that posted a similar question but couldn't find it. I live in Orlando, Florida and am looking to make a trip up to Maine, possibly Canada this summer. Traveling with my husband and daughter (10)and really hope to bring our dog (40lbs of mutt). Can anyone recommend places they really loved? Museums, national parks, towns, highways, and places to eat? Especially places to eat and places to hike/observe. We are big on nature, wildlife, hiking, and food! I eat a Caveman…

PHL - TTN

I could save $150 by flying out of Trenton instead of Philadelphia. My ride is going to Philadelphia. Is there a good and SIMPLE train connector between the two? When I google it it seems like I'd have to take two trains and three buses. It's not going to be worth it if it gets too complicated. But I can handle one transfer.

Thanks!

What I'm looking for is an immersion into their culture (anywhere from 3 - 6 months, not a day tour or visiting a reservation…

Thanks for reading my post. I have looked through previous posts in this forum and tried to do as much research i could.

I'm a solo male traveller who likes nightlife, nature, action / adventure.I try to avoid museums and historical places. Also worth mentioning is that I'm not restricted by a low budget so any suggestions of activities are welcome (even though i would like to stay in Hostels and airbnb to save money and socialize).

So far i have come up with the following plan for my desired…

When Glen Canyon Dam was built in the middle of the last century, giant dam projects promised to elevate the American West above its greatest handicap — a perennial shortage of water.

These monolithic wonders of engineering would bring wild rivers to heel, produce cheap, clean power and stockpile water necessary to grow a thriving economy in the desert. And because they were often remotely located, they were rarely questioned.

But today, there are signs that the promise of this great dam and

Hi,

My parent are arriving on an international flight at chicago (ORD), Terminal 5. Is it possible for me to go to the baggage claim area and wait for them for picking up their luggage. They are old and it will be very difficult for them to pick up the baggage on their own. For domestic arrivals, we can go till the baggage claim without any issues. Is the same allowed for international also, OR is the baggage for international flights always before the Customs with no access to the general…
