Glasshouse is one of Dubai’s most accomplished brasserie-style restaurants, overseen – as is its fine-dining neighbour Verre – by Gordon Ramsay. The comfort-food menu offers fresh takes on such classics as pork belly, mushroom risotto and rib-eye steak with fries. Come on Monday and Wednesday and get drinks for just Dh1 when ordering two courses.
