Dubai’s first Caribbean restaurant is a tiny, exuberant space that feels as warm and welcoming as a hug from an old friend, thanks to affable owner Alison. Even though she’s not from the Caribbean, the cooking (most of it made with a spice rub called jerk) is very authentic and homemade.
