Golden Sands gets kudos for being a pioneer of the hotel apartment concept in Dubai and remains one of the best-value stays. The 750 studios, one- and two- bedroom apartments are spread over 12 stand-alone boxy buildings off Al-Mankhool Rd. They all include spacious living and sleeping spaces, although the bathrooms are small and showing their age. Furnishings are good and the efficient kitchenettes include a washing machine. There is a daily shuttle to Jumeirah Beach.

Golden Sands is one of the largest hotel apartments in Dubai. It is ideally located in the heart of the city, very close to Exhibition Centre, Banks, Consulates and Shopping Malls. Khalid Bin Walid Metro station is just minutes away and Burj Khalifa is just 5 kms by a taxi.

All its Units are self-catering and comes with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer, cutlery crockery, cooker, large fridge.

We also provide daily housekeeping service. Other facilities include 24-hour coffee-shop, room service, business centre, swimming pool, gymnasium, 24-hour reception and exchange facilities. It is truly a home away from home.
