A
Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club
The one-time host course of the Dubai Desert Classic has been redesigned by a former winner of the tournament, Thomas Björn. The Creekside location is gorgeous, as is the landscaping, with meticulously groomed fairways lined by date and coconut palms and water hazards. The high-class Park Hyatt Dubai is within walking distance of the greens. Beginners can go wild on the par-three nine-hole course (Dh75).

Emirates Golf Club
The first grass championship course in the Middle East is home to the Dubai Desert Classic, a major tourney on the PGA European Tour circuit. There are two 18-hole courses: the Faldo course, designed by Nick Faldo, and the Majlis course which, in 2009, got the nod from Golf Digest as one of the best courses outside the USA.

Montgomerie Dubai
Fans of Scottish links will enjoy this world-class course with 14 lakes and 81 bunkers designed by Colin Montgomerie. The par-three 13th hole is on an island shaped like the UAE and is purportedly the largest single green in the world: 58,000 sq ft, or the size of nine normal greens combined.
