The remaining Soviet-style rooms here are perfectly functional and clean, but not the great deal they once were. Renovated rooms are slightly overpriced for what you get, meaning the classier renovated rooms at the Ukraina Hotel are much better value. A breakfast of sorts is included in the room rate, a rarity at most Soviet slab hotels.
