    Odesa's best budget eatery assembles a wide selection of sandwiches and shawarmas and also cooks up Ukrainian classics like borshch and varenyky (dumplings). The beers are the cheapest on vul Derybasivska. There is a new outlet at vul Derybasivska 18 and another at vul Preobrazhenska 42.
