Lonely Planet review
This concrete monster overlooking parliament is a great deal for couples who don't care for air-con. Alas, individuals get zero discount on old rooms, and the new 'Euro remont' rooms are grossly overpriced. We actually prefer the older rooms, with their massive bathtubs and other retro-Soviet touches. Breakfast costs extra and credit cards are not accepted.
