Local Tatars are frequent patrons here, where the assortment of Central Asian dishes includes plov (meat and rice), manty (lamb ravioli), lagman (beef noodle soup), shashlyk (meat skewers) and lepeshshky (flat, round bread) – nothing substantial for vegetarians.
