Lonely Planet review

Excellent prices for a national park lodge. Cabins here are comfortable and surrounded by forest, and have hot water, solar power and eco-toilets. There’s a good menu with a range of meat and vegetarian curries (USh15,000 to USh 21,000) and sandwiches (USh7000) for lunch. It sells greeting cards that are made from materials obtained from animal snares removed from the forest, with proceeds funding further removal.

Our independent authors have visited Budongo Eco Lodge and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Murchison Falls National Park.
