The central Efehan offers good value, good service and fresh standard (and a handful of family-sized) rooms, equalling the best price-value ratio in downtown Bursa. The top-floor breakfast hall offers good views of the city.

The Güneş has seen better days but remains the only true budget accommodation in Bursa's centre, and is run by a kind family. Rooms are on the small side, though clean (you can choose between those with regular and 'Turkish traditional' toilets).

A decent new arrival towards the western end of Atatürk Caddesi. Rooms are light and fairly spacious, though the dećor's drab and the singles substandard. The communal areas are best, with Ulu Camii views from the breakfast salon.
