Lonely Planet review
Hotel Base offers neat rooms with immaculate sheets and a soothing blue-and-yellow colour scheme, but many of its wood-pannelled interiors are dated and gloomy. The breakfast also gets bad reviews. On the plus side, it's near the minibus terminal and has a lift and satellite TV. Nearby, Hotel Temel 2's rooms are small and old but clean.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Temel and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Kars.
