This cultural centre in a former tobacco warehouse has been set up by Anadolu Kültür, a not-for-profit cultural organisation. It hosts talks, exhibitions, films and video screenings involving artists from Turkey, the South Caucasus, the Middle East and the Balkans, and its aim is to facilitate artistic collaboration, promote cultural exchange and stimulate reflection on social and political issues relevant to the region. Rodeo, a commercial contemporary art gallery, is also located here.
