Hand-loomed textiles made in a family-run factory in Antakya are on sale in this out-of-the-way shop. Good-quality silk, cotton and linen items at reasonable prices make it worth the short trek.

    Beautiful textiles in Sultanhemet

    lamade recommends this,

    This family run shop sells silk and cotton textiles at very reasonable prices. If you want lovely shawls, towels and hand made soaps, check this place out, it's down the street from the entrance to Gulhane Park/Topkapi Palace.

    The family that owns this shop has been making mostly silk items at their farm, from scratch. They even have silk cocoons to show you as well as a loom in their shop.

    If Jennifer's Haman is on your shopping list, this shop should be on your list too!!!!
