It goes against the grain for us to recommend a place that is so outrageously overpriced (TL7 for a glass of tea!), but we do so because Karakol's location in Topkapı Palace's First Court is wonderful. The menu features international and Turkish dishes, but we recommend sticking to a simple sandwich or salad.
