Even if the food was so-so this cafe, set into the citadel walls, would be a winner for the cosy Ottoman-style interior and incredible panoramic views of the city from the terrace. Luckily, the food is great. Tuck into a lunchtime crepe (TL11), sample a slice of their divine carrot cake (TL6) with a latte for afternoon tea, or choose one of their pasta dishes for dinner. It's all good.
