    Lonely Planet review

This rather lush new boutique-style hotel plays up its quirkily shaped cave rooms with aplomb. The Eren family have converted their generations-old homestead into nine exceedingly spacious and rather swish rooms that all have bucketloads of idiosyncratic design. Room nine, with its rock-carved four-pillared bed and bathtub-with-a-view, is the stuff of romantic-getaway dreams.

Our independent authors have visited Erenbey Cave Hotel and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Göreme.
