İzmir’s Adnan Menderes Airport is 15km south of the city centre on the way to Ephesus and Kuşadası.
Local bus 202 runs between both arrivals terminals and Cumhuriyet Meydanı via Üçkuyular bus station; the trip costs ₺4.80 on a Kent Kart. The buses leave from outside the Swissôtel Büyük Efes at 2am, 4am and then on the hour until midnight. From the airport, they leave at 1am, 4am and then on the hour until midnight.
Bus 204 (₺4.80 on a Kent Kart) travels between the airport terminals and the Bornova metro hourly between 5.40am and 3.40am.
This is the easiest way to travel between the airport and the city centre. Havaş buses (one hour) leave hourly from Gazi Osmanpaşa Bulvarı outside the Swissôtel Büyük Efes between 3.30am and 11.30pm; and from domestic arrivals to the same hotel between 8.40am and 3.30am.
Havaş Buses also travel from the airport to Çeşme, Kuşadası and Aydın.
