Old Gas Factory Cultural Centre information
The mid-19th century Ottoman Gas Company is now İzmir’s latest cultural precinct, with two brick warehouses now containing art exhibitions and workshops. It’s located 500m east of Alsancak’s 19th-century train station, complete with colourful stained glass windows and a steam train outside.
