Lonely Planet review
Founded by a former backpacker, this clean and well-run place now caters to them. With a pleasant and chilled-out roof terrace (draped with snoozing backpackers when we visited!), it can also organise boat trips, airport pick-up and car hire. Tariq, the manager, is helpful, friendly and efficient. With a British-style pub next door, however, don't come here for a good night's kip.
Our independent authors have visited Bodrum Backpackers and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Bodrum.

What type of atmosphere you can expect at our hostel:
July - August:
A full house - Party zone! We're fully booked everyday**, and often have more guests than beds. Parties are common as guests from around the world mix. If you're looking for a quiet night, perhaps you should look for it elsewhere.
** We'll always make room on the terrace for independent travelers that show up without a booking
May - June & September - October:
A mix of guests, all with different plans. If there's loud music or noise, it'll generally stop at around 11pm when we take all of the guests to bar street. We have more ability to move you into quiet dorms where you won't be woken up by people coming home early in the morning.
November - April:
As the rain begins to fall, Bodrum sleeps.
