Portrait of

Tom Parkinson, one of our star authors who worked for us for seven giddy, prolific years, sadly passed away on 19th January 2007. Tom was one of our fearless, go anywhere, do anything, live-to-travel, seriously hardcore authors. He worked on Lonely Planet titles as diverse as Kenya, Mediterranean Europe, Berlin, Africa on a shoestring, Poland and Experimental Travel.
