Video Edition: Comcast’s Largest Television Screen
Blog: Tales from Technomadia - 20 July 2009

The Comcast Center is Philadelphia’s newest and tallest skyscraper, and within it sits a very impressive 83′ x 25′ (that’s feet.. not inches) television screen. It’s claimed to be the world’s largest TV, and it’s free to visit in the lobby of the Comcast Center – open day and night.
When we first got off the SEPTA train at the Suburban station, we weren’t overly impressed – as the screen was disguised as wood paneling. And then it came to life. This thing is HUGE! Like, really huge! And the content that is played has been specially developed by a team dedicated to just this screen. It’s a very impressive display of art and technology.
