We made our Tajik visa in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. the embassy (Abdullah Qahur AttaVI 61, 11AM-1PM Monday-Friday) is not too far from the Tashkent (train station) metro station. Tashkent is the name of the station. the guard reffered us to a small office near the embassy where Pamir Travel is situated. they charge 135$ per person for making you the LOI (35$) and the visa (100$) on the same day, just leave your passport. it is possible to pay 50$ and get the visa after 2 to 4 weeks. we checked. Pamir travel also makes GBAO permits, ask the clerk, she notifies the main office in Dushanbe, where you pay 40$ and get the permit…
