Berlin Propeller Island City Lodge Unique Hotel Rooms
Have you wondered what is it like to sleep in a coffin?

Well perhaps not
But this Berlin hotel can offer you this experience as well as many other unique experiences e.g. cage beds, grandma rooms and even a room of mirrors (ooh kinky!)

The Propeller Island City Lodge Hotel room are like an art exhibition which you can sleep on. There are over 30 unusual unique rooms you can choose from e.g. the one with coffins for beds, the room with a floating bed. Even the entrance to the hotel looks unique.
All of the room furnishings were custom-made and there is an abundance of colors, and imagination and creativity presented in every corner as you can see in the photos below.
Created entirely from square wooden plates, this black and white room incites and excites the occupants’ imagination on the meaning of each of the 300 symbols.

One of City Lodge’s highlights – the Mirror Room. The diamond-shaped room is completely laid out with mirrors and makes you feel as if you are sleeping in a kaleidoscope.

A room where all the furniture e.g. bed, wardrobe seemed to be hovering. (of course with the use of clever optical illusions) – not suitable for those who get seasick easily.

This room is decorated like a typical grandma’s room with old retro looking furniture and grandma’s picture to complete the decor ![]()

Prices for each rooms range from €99 to over €150 per night.
