Oh, Vienna

Today we’ve just been trundling around Vienna and I’ve been quite impressed with the city. It’s full of huge statues and buildings that are very grand and laced with opulence. It’s quite frustrating to not have a proper camera, the iPhone is okay for a few snaps but the res is low and there isn’t even a zoom.
It’s absobloodylutely ruddy roasting here so to get off the streets for a bit we went to the Natural History Museum for €3.50 with a student card. Good value I’d say as the place is housed in a gloriously fancy and massive building.
It hosts all sorts of bizarre exhibits and while some of the stuff was a bit dull there was plenty to make it a worth while visit. My favourite bit was getting to see live piranhas, I’d love to have got away with whacking a can of Spam in there and watching the carnage ensue.
Right, am just off to the Travel Shack again to watch The Citizens steal the Palace’s crystal. Up the blues.
