Ohh man, I didn’t even get a chance to see the Frank Zappa statue in Vilnius. Or the KGB Museum. Gutted.
So far it’s the only place other than Berlin, that I’d be actively interested in returning to. I’m sure I’ll get the chance some day.
3 hours after departing on the train from Vilinus we’ve arrived at Sestokai neat the Lithuania/Poland border and boarded another train heading to Warsaw, 5 more hours and we’ll be there.
The new train is quite cool, am in one of those little cabins with an adjacent corridor like in the movies, I’ve always wanted to go in one of them. Splendid.
Right, in Warsaw now. I said tarrah to Elise (the Aussie girl from the hostel who was on the train with me) and then made my way to my new home for 2 nights. Lets see if I can actually see some of this city.
Country number 6, they’re racking up ain’t they.
The pic is another Berlin one as understandably, photo opportunities have been limited today.
