IMG_2459Wandering around Incheon’s Jung-gu area, where you’ll find South Korea’s most vibrant and long-running Chinatown, I came across this amazing bar, Bboya (뽀야; 032-762 8800; daily 4pm-1am) – entirely covered both inside and out by mosaics created from bottle caps. The waitress told me that the place had been around for about 20 years but it had taken several years to complete the art made up of thousands of caps from beer bottles, health drinks and fruit juices.
