i have been wearing the ultra 103 for about two weeks now. these shoes have been great and are very comfortable. they were well worth the price

I am on my 3rd pair of 103s .Iam a big runner over200lbs and have found these shoes to fit great wear great and have a great feel for the trail .Ihave ran them at trail-mix a combo of hills and mud at superior trail 50k on a hiking trail that is extremely technical and I have a training loop that gives them a serious work out mudrocks hills roots stumps.they have stood up great. they are not a lite weight but unless you are a elite I personally do not care - versus comfort

For those attempting to accomplish an ultra this is the shoe for you. Great front cushioning heel support and the outer shoe holds up great under all the extreme conditions.

I have a lot of different running shoes from The North Face and all have been very good but with these 103's there is no comparison. These are a lot better looking a lot more comfortable and just holds your foot a lot better. Any where I run they go with no problem. A true all around running shoe.
